得知 SQL*PLUS 與 Oracle DB 的版本

有些時候, 想到知道 SQL*PLUS 與 Oracle Database 的版本,

其實用 SQL*PLUS 連接資料庫時，就有 SQL*PLUS 與 Oracle DB 版本.
